Refund Policy

Discrepancies 

All claims for missing or incorrect items in a shipment must be reported within 30 days of receipt to receive a replacement.  Products must have been purchased directly from Zhadee LLC.

Exchanges 

Should you wish to exchange any items, products must have been purchased directly fromZ Zhadee LLC. All items must be unopened, unexpired, and in original unaltered packaging (ex. no price tags, stickers or markings, that would restrict us from being able to restock the item.) Exchange requests exceeding 30 days after purchase will incur a 25% restocking fee. Items purchased greater than 30 days ago are no longer eligible for exchange. Proof of purchase from Zhadee LLC must be provided. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returns 

Should you wish to start a return, products must have been purchased directly from Zhadee LLC. All items must be unopened, unexpired, and in original unaltered packaging (ex. no price tags, stickers or markings, that would restrict us from being able to restock the item.) Returns exceeding 30 days after purchase will incur a 25% restocking fee. Items purchased greater than 30 days ago are no longer eligible for return/credit. Proof of purchase from Zhadee LLC must be provided. All items returned must have a minimum of 6 months expiration period remaining. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Please be aware that we do not provide refunds for the following:

  • Items purchased on promotion, marked as Final Sale, or sold “As Is”

  • Customer change of mind

  • Products with no defect or misrepresentation

  • Digital goods or digital services

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Purchases outside the return window

  • Products that have been opened or are not in their original packaging

  • Items that are no longer in resellable condition

  • Services that have already been rendered

Refunds 

Once we receive your return, we will notify you, via email, that your products have been received. Upon return approval, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or issue a product credit. Please allow up to 5 business days for credit, depending on your credit card or bank policies.
